What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Quantesic collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, book a walkthrough, or use Quantesic services.
Customer agreements, data processing terms, order forms, or other signed terms may contain additional privacy commitments. If those terms conflict with this public policy, the signed customer agreement controls for that customer relationship.
Information we collect
We may collect contact information such as name, work email, company, role, and meeting details when you submit a form, schedule a walkthrough, or contact us directly.
When customers use the service, Quantesic may process account, support, CRM, ticketing, sentiment, renewal, workflow, usage, authentication, integration, and administrative information needed to provide the product.
We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, IP address, and diagnostic logs to operate, secure, and improve the website and service.
How we use information
We use information to provide the website and service, respond to requests, schedule meetings, manage accounts, support customer workflows, maintain security, monitor reliability, improve product quality, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Quantesic uses customer context to support that customer's workflows. We do not use one customer's private workspace data to train cross-tenant models or foundation models for another customer's benefit.
AI processing
Quantesic may use AI providers to summarize, classify, draft, or analyze customer context as part of the product experience. AI output is designed to support human review and customer-controlled workflows.
Enterprise customers can review AI provider routing, usage visibility, data handling expectations, and customer-specific restrictions during implementation or procurement.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, communicate, schedule, support, or improve Quantesic. These providers are expected to process information only for authorized purposes.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with a customer's direction or consent.
How we protect information
Quantesic uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. We continue to review access controls, tenant separation, operational practices, and security procedures as the platform evolves.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the website and service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support customer operations.
Customer data export, deletion, and retention requests are handled according to the applicable customer agreement, implementation scope, and legal requirements.
Privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection related to personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing.
To make a privacy request, email admin@quantesic.com. We may need to verify your request and may direct customer workspace requests to the relevant customer administrator when appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Quantesic, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated.
