About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to the Quantesic website and services unless a separate signed agreement applies. By using the website or services, you agree to these terms.
For customers with an order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, or other signed terms, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.
The Quantesic service
Quantesic provides an operating layer for customer success, support, and go-to-market teams. The service may help teams assemble account context, support history, sentiment, renewal risk, ticket triage, and related workflow information.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service as the product evolves, subject to any commitments in an applicable customer agreement.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using Quantesic only through authorized access methods. Customer administrators are responsible for managing workspace users, roles, offboarding, and source-system access unless otherwise agreed.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, requesting access, booking a walkthrough, or communicating with Quantesic.
Acceptable use
You may not use Quantesic to violate laws, infringe rights, access data without authorization, interfere with service operation, test or bypass security controls without written permission, transmit malicious code, or abuse another person or organization.
You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as allowed by a signed agreement or applicable law.
Customer data and responsibilities
Customers retain ownership of their customer data. Quantesic may process customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and as otherwise directed by the customer or permitted by agreement.
Customers are responsible for having the rights, notices, permissions, and legal basis needed to provide data to Quantesic and connect third-party systems to the service.
AI-assisted features
Quantesic may include AI-assisted summaries, classifications, drafts, recommendations, or analysis. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect, so users should review outputs before relying on them for customer-facing, operational, legal, financial, or employment decisions.
Quantesic does not use private customer workspace data to train cross-tenant foundation models. Customer-specific AI handling may be addressed in customer agreements or implementation materials.
Third-party services
Quantesic may connect with third-party tools such as CRM, ticketing, scheduling, communication, analytics, hosting, authentication, and AI services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and authorizing integration scopes, keeping connected accounts in good standing, and ensuring that connected data sources are appropriate for Quantesic workflows.
Fees and payment
Paid service terms, fees, invoicing, taxes, renewals, and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable order form or signed agreement.
If no paid agreement is in place, Quantesic may limit, suspend, or end access to unpaid, pilot, evaluation, beta, or preview services at any time.
Intellectual property
Quantesic and its licensors own the website, service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These terms do not transfer any Quantesic intellectual property rights.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Quantesic without restriction or obligation, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers and limitations
The website and any unpaid, preview, or evaluation services are provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, Quantesic disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
To the extent allowed by law, Quantesic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
Suspension and termination
Quantesic may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is a security risk, legal risk, non-payment, misuse, breach of these terms, or harm to Quantesic, customers, users, or third parties.
Upon termination, access to the service may end. Customer data return, export, retention, and deletion are governed by the applicable customer agreement and legal requirements.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Quantesic, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when these terms were last updated.
Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms, unless a signed agreement provides a different process.
